_Resistance in the use of the circuit is best to retain 1.5 times the power margin, such as the circuit voltage 100V, current 0.01A, calculation power: P = 100 * 0.01 = 1W, then resistance can not use 1W, calculation 1 * 1.5 = 1.5W, there is no 1.5W resistance need to use 2W resistance.



_Resistor in use can not exceed the maximum use voltage of resistance, such as resistance 1/4W 10K maximum use voltage is: V = 20.25*10000 = 50V, not 250V in 4.0. Or 1/4W 1M, calculated V = 20.25*1000000 = 500V, the maximum use voltage at this time is 250V in 4.0, rather than the calculated 500V, take the smaller value of the two.



Pay attention to the ambient temperature of brake resistance. If there is no air conditioning, increase the power of using brake resistance appropriately.

1. The resistor core is made of high temperature resistant ceramic flat tube, and the basic size of the ceramic is determined according to the shell size.

2. Resistance wires are evenly wound by high-quality electrothermal alloy wires, and the grades and types of alloy wires are determined according to the resistance values.

3. Sealing materials: both ends are sealed with water-sediment resin slurry (electronic insulation material). When the cement material is half-dry, it is sealed with aluminium plate to integrate the aluminium plate with the cement material to prevent sand leakage.

4. Shell: High-quality industrial 6063 Aluminium material is used. The aluminium shell is anodized to fog silver. Sandblasting or wire drawing can also be used according to customer's needs.

5. The lead-out wire adopts UL AWM3122 white textile silicone rubber high temperature wire (conventional 200 degrees, maximum 250 degrees). The wiring standard is as follows:

1), 150W to 600W (including) and rated current 8A (including) with national standard 1.3 square white braided silicone rubber high temperature wire (UL AWM3122, 65/0.16mm wire structure, 2.7mm outer diameter). Nominal current 10 to 20A is 2.5 square white braided silicone rubber high temperature wire (high temperature wire model: VDEH05SJ-K, wire structure 51/0.25 mm, wire outer diameter 3.65 mm). Nominal current 25-35A 4 square white braided silicone rubber high temperature wire (UL AWM3122, 56/0.30mm, 4.3mm outer diameter). The rated current is 40 to 50A and the national standard 6 square white braided silicone rubber high temperature wire (UL AWM3122, 84/0.30mm in line structure and 5mm in outside diameter).

2) 800W to 1200W (including) and rated current less than 10A (including) with national standard 1.5 square white braided silicone rubber high temperature wire (UL AWM3122, 30/0.25m wire structure, 3mm outer diameter). Nominal current 10 to 20A is 2.5 square white braided silicone rubber high temperature wire (high temperature wire model: VDEH05SJ-K, wire structure 51/0.25 mm, wire outer diameter 3.65 mm). Nominal current 25-35A, national standard 4 square white braided silicone rubber high temperature wire (UL AWM3122, 56/0.30m wire structure, 4.3mm outer diameter). 6. UL 1322 braided Teflon high-temperature wire can also be used for lead-wrestling wire (conventional temperature resistance 200 degrees, maximum temperature resistance 250 degrees)

7. Connection terminals, using cold-pressed copper terminals, are divided into RV series (type 0 terminals), SV series (open terminals), FD series (spring terminals), DBV series (flat terminals), RNB series (round bare terminals) and so on. The matching standards are as follows:

1) National Standard 1.3 to 1.5 square lines: RV1.25-4mm, RV1.25-5mm, SV1.25-4mm, SV1.25-5m, SV1.25-6m, RV1.25-8mm, FD2-250mm, FDD2-187m, DBV2-14mm.
